Hi! We’re Dave and Christie Meradith — the husband-and-wife team behind Dreme.
We never set out to build a property management company. It started with a simple favor for a friend… but that small act sparked a passion for creating beautiful spaces, thoughtful experiences, and genuinely stress-free hosting.
What began as helping someone turned into a calling. Today, we wake up with one mission:
to WOW homeowners by making property management feel peaceful, profitable, and personal.
We believe great hospitality comes from care, consistency, and real human connection — and that’s what drives every decision we make.
We’re lifelong Redding locals raising four amazing (and spicy!) kids, spending weekends on Lake Shasta, and dreaming up our next project together. This community is home, and we’re committed to elevating the stay experience here while giving homeowners a partner they can truly trust.

Sheri – Operations Assistant
Sheri is the friendly, dependable boots on the ground, supporting our team and properties with care, responsiveness, and a warm personal touch that makes every stay smoother.
Jack – Photography
Jack brings our properties to life through stunning photography, showcasing each space with precision, creativity, and style to attract guests, elevate listings, and boost bookings.
Elisa - Guest & Operations Coordinator
Elisa bridges guests and the operations team, fostering clear communication and ensuring seamless stays with attentive care and efficiency.
Tiffany – In-House Designer
Tiffany offers expert design support – from complete remodels to simple refreshes – blending trends with each home’s character and budget to create inviting spaces.
Scott – Maintenance Lead
